Wim started his testing career at CTG Belgium in 2006 and has been testing at a number of companies ever since, mostly in the financial sector. He is passionate about teaching and feels at home when standing in front of a classroom. He has taught different test design techniques to more than 100 junior testers and helped over 150 testers gaining their ISTQB Foundation certification.
A couple of years ago, he became a full time trainer, coaching and teaching about the wonderful world of testing and requirements engineering. As a veteran youth instructor with a passion about learning theories and people management, Wim is constantly looking for new ideas to improve his own performance and that of the entire testing team.
All the colleagues were very enthusiastic about the training, but also about how it was given. Thanks for that, we definitely owe that to you. The exam -especially that it was in English- was more difficult but that did not held anyone back from participating. This is yet another confirmation of the quality of the training (but also of my motivated co-workers ;-) ).
You explained it in a both captivating and interesting way and made it understandable. For me personally, it was very valuable being able to connect the theory to the terms we use on a daily basis.
