Plan Driven Testing

This five-day course is aimed at people that just started or soon will start testing in plan driven software development cycles like waterfall and the V-Model. The training will introduce trainees to the basic principles of structured software testing and will focus mainly on test build and test execution activities.

Through the use of practical examples and lots of hands-on exercises, most common terminology, core principles and main techniques relevant for testing in a plan driven software development environment will become clear. Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is introduced as a test tool that supports plan driven testing.

Having finished the training, trainees will know what is expected from them as (junior) testers and will be able to jump start at any plan driven testing project.
