With over 10 years of experience in IT Wouter Emael is an experienced test manager and scrum master.
Wouter is intrigued by agile methodologies ever since he came in close contact with them in 2013. Since then he has gained knowledge in scrum, Kanban and SAFe as well as agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Over the past 4 years, he worked as a scrum master and as a feature engineer in a SAFe enterprise. He received certificates as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Certified Program Consultant and SAFe certified Scrum Master.
The PI Planning meetings created a positive vibe in the Engineering organisation and resulted in an early detection of several critical dependencies. Fixing these dependencies at the early stage of development instead of in the field is a major cost saver.
It was very practical for us to be able to host the Practitioner in Agile Quality training in-house. The trainer was very knowledgeable and experienced on the topic. He was also very adept at creating a pleasant and constructive learning environment. All participants enjoyed the course and were satisfied with what they got out of it. The agile principles and practices we learned were immediately applied to practical, everyday situations. I look forward to attending more courses from the CTG Academy!
